Clemens Kadura on this website (in the following “policy”). The legal basis of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG new) and the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Your rights under the data protection legislation

You can always exercise the following rights using the contact details of the responsible person:
  • Information about your stored data and its processing,
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data,
  • Deletion of your stored data,
  • Restriction of data processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,
  • Objection to the processing of your data by us and
  • Data portability, if you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us.

If you have given us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with immediate effect. You can always contact the supervisory authority responsible for you with a complaint. Your competent supervisory authority will depend on the state of your domicile, work or alleged violation. Logging of general information

When you access these or other websites, you transmit data to our web server via your internet browser. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your Internet browser and our web server:
  • Date and time of the request
  • Name of the requested file
  • Page from which the file was requested
  • Access status (transfer file, file not found, etc.)
  • Web browser and operating system used
  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Amount of data transferred

After the end of the connection, the data is anonymised by shortening the IP address at the domain level, so that it is no longer possible to relate it to individual users. The provider uses the logged data only for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the services. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the logged data if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists.

Contact
When contacting the provider (for example, by contact form or e-mail), the information of the sender are stored for the purpose of processing the request as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are included in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party provider”) perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we do not have any influence on this if the third parties provide the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific device-related information on users’ access devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.). They serve for the user-friendliness of web pages and thus the users (for example storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to record the statistical data of the website usage and to be able to analyse it for the purpose of improving the services. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it is pointed out that the use and especially the comfort of use are limited without cookies. However, the following services are only available if you give us the option of storing cookies:
Active components
The information offered by the provider uses active components such as Javascript or Active-X controls. This feature can be disabled by setting your Internet browser.
Evaluation of user behaviour (web tracking systems) – Matomo fka. Piwik
This service uses Matomo, an open-source software for the statistical evaluation of user access. Matomo uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on users’ computers and that allow users to analyse the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the services is stored on the server of the provider in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and prior to its storage. Users can prevent the installation of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly. Disable the Matomo statistical analysis software: You can disable the tracking of your user behaviour through the Matomo software at any time by deactivating the web analytics cookie used by Matomo in your browser. Please use the “Matomo:” opt-out “function”. Attention: If you delete your cookies, this also means that the opt-out cookie is also deleted and may need to be reactivated by you.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) over HTTPS.

Contact Form / Electronic Mail (E-Mail)

Data from e-mails that you write to us will not be passed on to third parties. If you have questions of any kind contact us by e-mail or with a contact form, give us your consent for the purpose of establishing contact. For this purpose, the specification of a valid e-mail address and a name for the salutation is required. This serves for the assignment of the request and the subsequent answering of the request. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After completing the request your personal data will be automatically deleted.

Google Web Fonts

This website uses Google Web fonts. The fonts are retrieved from external Google servers in the US. At the moment it is not known if Google logs and further evaluates these server requests. However, it can be assumed that the Google Data Protection Policy also apply in this regard. It is assumed that your IP address will be stored for a period of several months.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked through AdWords advertisers’ websites. The information obtained from the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the required setting of a cookie – for example via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies or sets your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”. Attention:  If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Change of our privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to always comply with the latest legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. Your new visit will be subject to the new privacy policy.
